If you have health insurance that is not listed here, we have a few options as well for you.  You can begin counseling as a fee for service client, paying at our practice’s hourly rate.  We can prepare a statement for you to file with your insurance or file the 1500 form for you, and it is possible that your insurance carrier will reimburse part of the fee you pay for each visit.  Please let us know if you would like a statement to file with your insurance. Payment for services is expected at the time of service.  We accept cash, checks, flex spending cards and credit and debit cards for payment.
