Day 5 and we are still celebrating, and we have added hopeful snowmen!!! Encouraging words about our work, our vision and our care for people follow from two more of our staff, Rosemarie and Drew. Thankful for each one of you💙 for the work that is done behind the scenes of Journey to Hope and face to face with clients!
From Rosemarie Jones:
Happy Anniversary! Susie, Andy, Sharla, Drew, Laura, Carlie, Doug and Liz, my heart celebrates with you. I'm so thankful and honored to be a part of such an amazing place called Journey to Hope!
JTH is like an anchor on a big ship. The big waves roar threatening to sink you into a place where you think there is no Hope. But here comes JTH and throws you a rope of Hope and little by little lifts you up to a safe place. In time, you are grounded, securely anchored in Hope and ready to face any big wave in life that threatens to drown you. So many beautiful people who find themselves broken through the unexpected, or struggling & hurt for what ever reason, with no Hope of tomorrow have came through the doors of JTH. And when they come, they find a place of safety, full of God's Hope, love, grace & acceptance. Beautiful are the feet of those who carry good news...that is JTH ... carrying the good news of Hope & giving it to everyone who comes into JTH. Shine on, JTH, Shine on...and to God Be the Glory, Great Things He has Done and will continue to do at JTH !! Happy 5th Anniversary my beloved JTH.💙
From Drew Walden:
While I've been primarily working in the background of Journey to Hope for the last five years, the same spirit and care and love for people that started the practice 5 years ago continues today. I know that so many lives are touched and continue to change for the better through the tireless work of Journey to Hope. While updates to the website experienced a pause with the surprise birth of my daughter, we have worked hard to offer a hosting platform and client friendly domain that will enable us to extend care, outreach and support to the Journey to Hope Community for years to come.
